Sawanga Shopping Mall is a single-storey commercial development in Victoria Falls with a floor area of over 6,500 square metres.
The scheme includes a 2,300 square metre Pick n Pay supermarket and a wider tenant mix of food outlets, medical facilities, offices, entertainment and health-focused spaces.
Mtsholozi Consulting Engineers was appointed as the structural engineering consultant for the project, supporting a large-format retail build with a practical delivery mindset.
